The Story
The Eye of Omens is a transfigured, magical third eye of the dragon Alazikar which comes into the possession of Artem's character Phespira. At the beginning of the campaign Carl DMed, she finds this orb that gives her a vision of an evil dragon and its cult attacking and largely destroying Vexis, a capital magical city.
This is the inciting incident for the entire campaign, setting the stage for the party to try and stop the dragon from reviving an evil lich and empowering a terrible god.
